The story of a dream or how it all began?
September 2009. It has been a few years of endlessly going to courses, seminars, congresses in search of the best practices in dentistry. With a few friends and associates, we attended a conference in Poltava, with Sergei Radlinsky (this place later became the cradle of Bulgarian adhesive dentistry, but that's another topic). The leading refrain is Aesthetics in our profession. The last paper is by Jaroslav Zablotski - Aesthetics in the dental clinic. He literally blew us away. Area, equipment, teamwork, etc. And one fact that struck us then: a fresh flower in the ladies' room for patients, every day! And a person responsible for its appearance and replacement. Launched the idea of a franchise in the high end of dentistry. Suggested several options: full franchise, a franchise with retention of own brand, or just the books - business description.
Returning to Sofia, I began to think a lot about this way of working and customer-oriented service organization. I looked at the website of the Zablotsky Clinic and thought, "Why don't I go to Lviv, take a look at the clinic, and if I like it I can buy the books!" Off to Lviv, we go, me, my wife and my friend Kirill Dinov. Coincidentally or not he is also on a wave of opening a new clinic. We talk in the car, I drive and ask him:
- "Hey, Kircho, how much money will these books cost?"
- ?!
- If we like them, we can take them. What do you say? I'm carrying around 3-4 thousand dollars in me.
- And I have approximately that much. Maybe, why not..."- confirms Dr. Dinov.
With this stipulation, we continue to Lviv.
The clinic exceeded our expectations many times over. By the middle of the day, I already knew that I wanted one too. The next day I ask Zablotsky towards the end of our talks:
- "I understand that I would need a lot of money for such a clinic. I've even already gone over the million amount. I don't know where I will get it from. Just tell me, will I ever get them back"?
Yaroslav hugged me on the shoulder as old comrades hug each other and said:
- "Don't be afraid! You will get them back."
